For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start time of the experience. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
Minimum 2 persons required to book this tour. The operator will contact you within 24h to 48h of the tour date to confirm pick up location and time. • Pickup and Drop-off: Available from Abu Dhabi city centre hotels only and , Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminal etc. . • Desert Safari experience is not suitable for: - Pregnant women - Individuals with back or neck problems - Guests with heart conditions or serious medical issues - Wheelchair users • Pregnant women cannot be accommodated on shared Desert Safari. If booking a Private Safari, they may skip the dune bashing and proceed directly to the camp. To secure a private car, please book for a minimum of 6 guests. • Please ensure that the pick-up location provided is accurate and that a valid contact number, including the country code, is included in the booking to allow for smooth coordination. • Before the Tour: - Give your hotel a heads-up about your upcoming tour with us. This simple step helps streamline the pickup process. - Please ensure to share your WhatsApp and calling number with the country code. This allows our guide to keep you updated on any last-minute changes. • Timings and Operational Changes: -Pickup times may vary based on hotel location and traffic conditions. -Tour and pickup timings may also vary by season. In case of any changes, guests will be notified in advance and offered the option to reschedule. -The tour may be rescheduled or cancelled due to operational reasons or for safety. We will do our best to inform you ahead of time in such cases. Pick up is from hotels only, however, if a private car is booked we can arrange the pick-up from the guest residence also, but we need clear location details. Quad bikes are available as an add-on to be booked and paid directly at the venue/camp. If there are any changes in pick up times we will contact you by email or as a last resort contact the hotel you stay in. In case of sickness please contact us 24 hrs prior to the service date to reschedule your trip. Child seats for infants can be provided upon request. Please mention at time of booking.
